Curriculum Enhancement
In addition to our exciting and stimulating curriculum, we also provide a diverse range of enriching experiences and opportunities to develop our childrens cultural capital. At Clayton Village Primery School we believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals who are not only academically successful but also socially and culturally aware.
Motivated by our desire to provide children with a richness of experiences beyond the classroom, we have created a list of 50 things to do before leaving Clayton Village Primary School. The aim of this is to ensure that our pupils have the childhood experiences that all young people deserve. Each experience has been woven into the curriculum to ensure that every single pupil completes all 50 things by the time they leave us at the end of primary school, some of them many, many times over.
Our work with our local community including our parents and carers is a huge part of our enhancement offer. We have invested in specialist educational providers to help bring learning to life and have fostered excellent partnerships with services in our local area to further the experiences of our pupils.
